During the early part of January 1982 I was asked to get a cover shot for the Ryerson Eyopener that was to display a group of theatre arts students out on "Lake Devo" which was a summer pond on campus that froze over during the winter. There was no such thing as "photoshopping" in 1982 and these students froze their asses off during the five or so minutes that it took to set up and capture this image. It was fun times at the Eyeopener.
