The most spectacular comet to ever grace the night sky in recorded history was comet Hale Bopp, which passed by the sun in 1994. I was not experienced in astro-photography but made my best effort to capture the beautiful comet and I thought the juxtaposition of the comet against the Ukrainian Orthodox church made the image a little nicer.
