One of the more interesting things I did while in New Zealand was make a bungee jump. This particular bungee was the "Pipeline" and at the time it was one of the highest bungees in the world and it spilled you out over a river. If I remember correctly you could request to get wet on your bungee. They would ask you your weight and then attach you to an appropriate bungee cord that would allow you to just enter the river water before being pulled back up.
