After the sun has risen as seen from the summit National Park on Haleakala, Maui, Hawaii, the views of the surrounding island landscape paradise is stunning. You can clearly see the clouds that float over Alenuihaha Channel between Maui and the "big island" of Hawaii, and the dormant volcanic peaks of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa stand in stark silhouette to the orange glow on the horizon. It is a truly magnificent sight to see.
