Steel wool spinning and burning abstract graphic art
I had heard a friend describe a type of abstract photography called "steel wool" photography. You take a ball of very fine steel wool and stuff it into a stall kitchen "whisk" normally used to mix batter and such. Then you find a suitable location where you can safely light the steel wool on fire with a barbecue lighter. The steel wool burns quite ferociously and iff you spin the whisk around on a dog chain and the wool spits out millions of tiny sparks as it burns. If you shoot a time exposure of this while flinging the whisk around... this is the result.
