El Pulpo Magnifico is a new edition of the former, El Pulpo Mechanico, one of the dozens of "mutant art cars" that grace the playa of Black Rock City, Nevada, during the annual Burning Man event. The owner/operator of this art car told me that it took him five months to build the vehicle from scratch after having sold his previous version of the art car.
