A Galapagos shark is captured in an image at night in the waters off of Isabela Island in the Galapagos Islands of Ecuador. The sharks were drawn to the side of our boat, the "Galavan" because the lights turned on to light up the ocean attracted flying fish, the food of the sharks. I used a flash to capture the image giving the water a very unique, sparkled and cracked appearance.
